United KingdomPurchased it for my twins playroom. Sadly I did not check the length of the swing and it almost touched the floor when I put it up. I sent an email to the vendor who kindly sent me a step by step guide as to how to shorten it - it wasn't easy but, if you did have low ceilings email her and let her know the drop and she will shorten it in advance. Out of everything this was by far the best thing we bought for the room, whenever I go in, she is sitting on the swing, reading a book or watching tv. She simply loves it. Every child that has seen it wants one, every parent has asked me where they can get it. It looks great, its super value for money, I'm delighted.
